Welcome to LoomPOS, a cloud-based service provided by ManageToo. By accessing or using the LoomPOS Retail Management System (RMS), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Subscription, Billing, and Renewals

• **Subscription Fees:** Fees are charged based on the plan (Free, Silver, Gold, Pro) selected at checkout. All prices are stated in USD.
• **Automatic Renewal:** Paid subscriptions (Silver, Gold, Pro) are set to **automatically renew** at the end of the billing cycle (e.g., monthly). You authorize LoomPOS (via our payment processor, 2Checkout/Verifone) to charge the fee to your payment method.
• **Cancellations:** Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime through your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but access continues until the end of the paid period.

2. Refund Policy

• **Initial Subscriptions:** We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all *initial* paid subscriptions.
• **Renewal Fees:** **Renewal fees are non-refundable.** You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.

3. Use of LoomPOS and Data Ownership

• **License Grant:** You receive a non-exclusive license to use LoomPOS for your internal business operations, according to your subscribed plan.
• **Data Ownership:** All sales, inventory, and customer data entered into LoomPOS **remains the property of the user**.
• **Prohibited Conduct:** You agree not to use LoomPOS for any illegal purposes or sale of prohibited goods.

4. Disclaimers and Contact Information

• **Service Provided 'As Is':** LoomPOS is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• **Limitation of Liability:** ManageToo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LoomPOS.
